Weilion is a premier Real-World Asset (RWA) marketplace built on the Solana blockchain, designed to democratize access to premium U.S. commercial real estate. Unlike traditional models, Weilion offers Fractional Equity Ownership, allowing investors to own a piece of high-yield properties in Lafayette, LA, and Las Vegas, NV, and earn stable rental income in USDC.

1. What is on the roadmap?

   Our 2026-2027 roadmap is structured into three strategic phases:

• The Lafayette Genesis: Launching the MVP platform with a portfolio of “Seed Properties” in Louisiana.
• Global Pivot: Moving from institutional VC fundraising to a Global Public Sale, enabling decentralized co-management and a truly borderless real estate ecosystem.
• Strategic Expansion: Scaling to the Las Vegas market and introducing the Weilion Mortgage Protocol (WMP) for P2P lending.

1. How can I participate in Weilion?

There are multiple ways to join the Weilion ecosystem:

• Equity Investor: Purchase fractional tokens of specific properties to earn monthly rental income and benefit from capital appreciation.

We are currently in the Private Seed Round phase, finalizing the legal and technical infrastructure for our Lafayette MVP launch.
